I am married to a music snob. He quickly turns down my Top 40 radio station when he gets into my car, and plugs in the iPod every chance he gets. Last night we left a local concert after the opening act, because the main act didn't impress AP in the first two songs. He went home and listened to iTunes for a few hours instead. It is endearing, and hilarious.
I am not a music snob. But, now I can fake it ... pandora.com lets me create whole radio stations based on only knowing a few artists, and I can edit them. For example, I usually give a big thumbs down to anything that is not a happy song, and a big thumbs up to fun songs. I already e-mailed them about Griffin House, so you don't have to.
You can check out the stations that I have created (on the right of this page), and create some of your own.
Seriously though, don't type in "Over the Rhine"... that lady creeps me out.

I'm not een sure where to begin. First of all, the Gabe Dixon Band blew the freaking SOCKS off of Carbon Fiber or Leaf or whatever Carbon product they named themselves after. Secondly, I went home and listened to iTunes b/c that's where the GOOD music resides. I submit to you this...I DON'T listen to pop music and I've heard S.O.S at least 721 times in the last 2 weeks. There is little intelligent songwriting on Q102. Third, I love my wife. That's all.
