While the bathroom is still about 5 days away from being complete, we have some major progress. Specifically, the tile is coming along nicely, and the plumbers were here this morning installing the tub fixtures and toilet.
What does that mean for me sports fans? No more fumbling down two flights of stairs in the middle of the night to go to the potty! YEA! You have no idea how annoying that is until you have to do it multiple times a night, because the little lime-sized human growing inside you is taking up space that your bladder used to occupy.
Tile should be finished Monday, finish work by the end of the week!
What's that fourth fixture on top of the tub? It's a little wand that you can use for spraying down puppies (or children).
The color is REEF by Devine. It is a pale blue/green. Devine is a type of paint that AP swears is the best around. It is incredibly smooth and thick, and well, BEAUTIFUL. It was created by an artist, and comes in limited colors. She says that she only makes paint in colors that will look good in your home. Perfect. It is so easy to pick a shade, because you don't have to compare pumpkin to burnt spice, to rough orange. There is one color that fits the family you are looking at -- and it's guaranteed to be beautiful. Our living room is Devine Feather and our dinning room is Devine Blade.

Next the carpet comes up, then the office gets torn out, then the upstairs painted, then the hardwood refinished...I'll rejoin civilization a few weeks before our child is born. Anybody wanna learn how to do home projects?
