The Nursery (Chicky's Hangout)

The crib with a super sweet light. Our wonderful coworkers gave us the crib (and the glider). The picture in the frame is of three little birds on a tree branch. The great boxes under the crib are from Cincinnati's finest new store, IKEA!

The fantastic glider and all of those little birdies to look up at. Oh, and her African animal friends hanging out in a basket lined with the softest blanket ever!
The little bookshelf that turned into a changing table. I got this idea from my friend Liz who is fantastic at having just the baby essentials in her house. That's a basket of blankets on the floor, and a boppy. Bath stuff and diaper changing stuff on the bottom shelf.
Oh the tiny closet, but it's perfect for tiny clothes! Newborn-3 months on shelf one, 3-6 months on shelf two. (6-9 months are in a box under the crib.) Extra diapers and bath stuff on the top shelf. Socks and shoes on the floor.
That's it! It's just missing one important part -- the CHICKY!

The room is beautiful! She has the best place ever to hang out in (well, outside of your fabulous bathroom that I'm incredibly envious of!). I am so excited for you and Andrew. You are going to be the BEST PARENTS EVER!

I get so excited every time I see you in the office. It's so fun to see how she is growing and so close to being here!

I can't wait to meet her!
