Lunch With A Perfect Stranger

Yesterday I had lunch with a perfect stranger. I should make a habit of doing this more often. If you look below, there was a post asking about my link to Church Hop. The post was from the creator of that blog, and we had a great conversation over a couple of sandwiches yesterday. She told me the story of why she created her blog, and the care that goes into it. It was fascinating, uplifting, and inspiring to hear her talk with such a passion about her project, and that it is bringing she and her little brother closer together. All projects should be started with such a passion.

Back to the media ... I choose not to be damaged by reports of crazies that stalk people online and horrible things happen. I choose not to give into that fear, because this lunch with a perfect stranger game me so much insight into myself, my job, and my community.
