Little chicky Peters will be here before you know it (we're 8 weeks away from her due date). So, we have been working on preparing a place for her to hang out. While the furniture isn't here yet, it sure is pretty in there. Last Saturday AP and I worked on her room. Riley thinks he helped, too. But, mostly he just barked every time we turned on a power tool and drove us crazy.
However, he did approve of the rug .
How do you hang three pictures perfectly spaced and level? Ask AP to do it.
Thank you to my friend Mary, who is having a boy mid-April, so she didn't need this girly chandelier that is going to hang over chicky Peters' crib.
And finally, the birds have a place in the corner, and a great little house to come home to.

whoa! Chandelier in the baby's room?! That is so awesome. I went thru a chandelier hating phase during college when I rejected all things ornamental. I was into the hard core modern with sleek lines, white walls, lots of glass. That's probably why I didn't have a single bit of decoration on my wedding dress. I have definitely softened since then, and now I am a huge fan of chandeliers and ornament. Funny.
Chicky's room is fantastic! You are going to love rocking her to sleep in there. :) K8
