Spring = New Growth
Spring is on the way, and in our garden the daffodils are starting to come up. I hope they survive the 12 inches of snow we are supposed to get today and tomorrow.
Every morning when I wake up I feel like my tummy is tighter -- that little girl must be growing and growing.
When AP went to South Africa, he got to spend some extended time with our little family over there. Brandon told AP that he's grown about "this much" since they last saw each other in July. It is amazing what better nutrition and getting on ARVs (to treat HIV) can do.
AP also got to see all of the gardens that we've planted over the past few trips in full effect. Here is one of the "community gardens" that AP's team planted last year. Yep, looks like growing up on a farm really paid off. If this looks like a cornfield to you, that's because it is one.
The people who received gardens are taking good care of them. This lady even labeled all of her rows.
