This morning AP and I loaded up in Charleston and headed for our friend's lake house on Norris Lake in Tennessee. We gave Celia and Emme lots of kisses and got in the car for another 6 hours of driving through the Smoky Mountains.
As of this morning we had logged 1600 miles on this vacation so far. Tonight, we've (and I say we've loosely, because AP has been behind the wheel for 90% of it) driven about 1900 miles in the past 10 days. It was no surprise that Cana was GIDDY to have some tummy time when we got here. In fact, she didn't want us to put her down tonight. Too much car seat time, not enough cuddle time.

I went to Folly Beach 2 years ago. I drove there a few months after getting home with Zoe...all 3 kids by myself. (Jim had just started a new job and couldn't come). I think I must have been high. Anyway, I stayed at a beachfront condo with my brother's wife's parents/family. It was a blast. Glad you're having fun!
You guys are so brave to do all that traveling with a baby.
yep, see the next post -- we're happy that traveling has been such an adventure!
